The Planned Giving Council of Broward County is a not-for-profit corporation created in response to a need for the dissemination of more information and the development of expertise in the field of Charitable Planned Giving.

The Planned Giving Council of Broward County is pleased to be affiliated with the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning (formerly known as the National Committee on Planned Giving).

Offer an educational forum in the many technical aspects, marketing strategies, and implementation procedures of an effective planned giving program.
 
Provide the vehicle for networking of local professionals in the planned giving process.
 
Promote increased charitable giving from the general public this providing a financial resource for bettering our community.

The Planned Giving Council of Broward County brings together nonprofit and for-profit professionals to network, exchange ideas and share in the knowledge to be gained from speakers known for their expertise in estate and tax planning, financial planning and charitable giving. It is an association for people whose work or interests include the developing, marketing and administering of charitable planned gifts.

Our membership includes estate planning and tax attorneys, certified public accountants, trust officers, financial advisors, insurance professionals, and planned giving professionals at local and national nonprofit organizations.

The Council meets five times per year at the Tower Club for breakfast featuring speakers on educational topics of interest to members and their guests. Our Meetings Page on our website contains the dates, topics and speakers for our upcoming breakfast meetings. Additionally, we host an Annual Symposium each May where we bring in prominent speakers and panelists to discuss topics relevant to our membership.  This three hour morning event continues to be a major draw for our members and guests.  We have a number of Sponsorship opportunities for you and your organizations to consider.     

Your Membership dues cover the cost of all breakfast meetings and provides full access to our impressive network of experienced professionals.
