 Membership Information

Membership in the Planned Giving Council of Broward County shall be limited to persons who indicate a significant interest in charitable planned giving and belong to one of the following professional categories:

PGC-Broward Annual Membership

  • Members of the Florida Bar Members of the Florida Accountants Association or American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
  • Trust Officers or other representatives of financial institutions maintaining trust departments in the state of Florida
  • Life Insurance agents who are members of the National Association of Life Underwriters and licensed in the state of Florida
  • Securities representatives licensed with the New York Stock Exchange and licensed to the State of Florida
  • Licensed real estate professionals
  • Financial planners licensed as Certified Financial Planners (CFP) or Chartered Financial Consultants (ChFC)
  • Development Officers or Representatives working for any group which qualifies as a tax-exempt organization under the Internal Revenue Code 501 (c) (3), and maintains this status annually.

Membership dues include the cost of all breakfasts.

Individual Membership Dues (1 person): $285
Corporate Membership Dues (3 people): $750
  • Dues are based on your registration date and are billed annually.
  • All breakfast meetings are included in membership dues.
  • The Annual Symposium is additional.
  • Membership is available to individuals only.
  • Corporate memberships are not available at this time.

Membership in the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners is a separate membership and can be accessed on their website at www.charitablegiftplanners.org.
